Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline (technical qualifications preferred)

Skills:

• Strong technical understanding related to pharmaceutical operations

• High levels of motivation and achievement orientation

Eligibility:

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or technical domain

• Exposure to pharmaceutical plant operations is a plus

• Should be comfortable working in cross-functional teams

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture

Requirement – Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining, operating, and troubleshooting pharmaceutical equipment

• Support operations in compliance with safety and quality standards

• Maintain records of technical activities and ensure adherence to protocols

• Coordinate with team members and supervisors to maintain production flow

• Contribute to continual process improvement initiatives

• Exhibit accountability in task completion and uphold company values

Basic Salary:

₹2,40,000 – ₹3,60,000 per annum (based on experience and skillset)
